This workshop is designed for participants who have the basics of Excel but who would like to delve a bit further.  The tools demonstrated will show the user how to make sense of LARGE amounts of data.

Workshop Level: Intermediate

Audience: Students and Teaching Assistants

At The End Of This Workshop You Will Be Able To:

Sort Data & Create Subtotals

Name a range of data

Use the VLOOKUP function

Create conditional formatting & dynamic data sets

Understand and use Absolute Values

Create “If” Statements

Manipulate Pivot Tables

Use the COUNTA function
