Important! 

Please change your NetID password once your mail has been migrated to Google Apps. Doing so will allow you to use IMAP or POP to configure other mail clients, or access Google Apps from a mobile device. See mobile device configuration instructions down below.

Client Support and departmental support technicians will assist in setting up alternative email clients upon request.

Logging in to Google Apps

The login address for Google Apps for Education is http://www.stonybrook.edu/mycloud 
You will be asked to authenticate using your NetID and NetID password.

**Please Note** If logging in from a mobile device or via IMAP or POP, log in with your Google Apps email address (firstname.lastname@stonybrook.edu) and your NetID password. For most people the Google Apps email address will be firstname.lastname@stonybrook.edu, but for those with common names, it may include a slight variation such as mary.j.smith@stonybrook.edu or mary.smith.1@stonybrook.edu.
