  • If you see WolfieNet-Default when you try to view available wireless networks, this means you have a temporary, unconfigured SSID. Wait 24 hours and then call Customer Engagement and Support at 2-9800 to let them know your access point needs to be configured to allow for WolfieNet-Secure and WolfieNet-Open. Be prepared to give Customer Engagement and Support your exact location including the name of your building, room number and quad (if it applies).
  • If you have trouble connecting to WolfieNet-Secure, do not forget that you always have the option to plug in with an ethernet cable and use the wired network.

In-person support for wireless is available from the Customer Engagement and Support Walk-in Center between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the fifth floor of the Melville Library, Room S-5410.
