Delete Chrome Browser Cookies

In some cases, when a website or web-based software is not behaving as expected and clearing the browser cache doesn't resolve the issue, remove the browser cookies.
- To manage the cookies in Chrome, in the URL address bar, enter chrome://settings/cookies
- Scroll down to See all cookies and site data
- Click Remove All
